Budget £5-10 each and no idea what they are into (have met them a few times, only know the 10yo likes her Switch).

As an owner of a 14 yr old I would say a pack of lip balms (her faves are the vaseline stick ones) and a couple of face sheet masks would go down very well. Add a bar of galaxy and she would love you forever !
