Garden centres are often good for traditional advent calendars, Ocado have some and pollocks has this one.

Norachance · 19/11/2022 16:22

Search Amazon for German advent calendar.

Coeliac UK have some. I'm guessing maybe other charities do too? www.charitycardshop.com/coeliacuk/category/2 (scroll down a bit to find them)

I'd love a religious one. I've bought a sephora one that cost an arm and a leg and I'm excited about it, but I'd love one that was more aligned to Christmas.

I got the Emma Bridgewater one last year, planning to reuse it this year (which is also what we did as children).

I get mine online but you can get decent ones at WH Smith, but there’s not a huge amount of choice:

I always used to use WHSmiths to get ours.

Some Christian shops used to sell the traditional nativity scene too if you were interested.

And for charity too so even better! Bought my DD one and it's great quality outs also tells the nativity story with a bit each day behind each door

urbanbuddha · 19/11/2022 16:49

Oxfam have them. Obvs cheaper if they have them in your local shop.

cliffdiver · 19/11/2022 16:51

MIL always gets DDs one from M&S, which does have chocolate, but has the story of Christmas behind each door.

lorisparkle · 19/11/2022 16:51

WHSmith have had them this year. Also, depending on where you live, if there is a cathedral nearby, they'll have some lovely ones too in their shop.
