4lb Turkey Breast

Turns out DH has ordered this for our Xmas meal. Does anyone have any nice Christmassy recipes for turkey breast please?

There don't seem to be many recipes for this. I'd smother it in butter, wrap in bacon and cook with white wine and use this to make gravy.

Could you butterfly and stuff it and wrap in bacon?

We are having this too so watching with interest!
