'Smart' watch for 10 year old ds?

He really wants ones. Likes the idea of a torch and taking photos. I don't want him to have internet/phone access yet - any suggestions?

Fair warning smart watches aren't allowed in my kids school which means the one we bought DS never gets used neither does his friends.

Unless you have the kind of kid that remembers routines well like taking it off before school and putting it on after its pretty useless and just sits on the bedside table.
