Party / buffet food ideas needed

Looking for some ideas for a lovely picnic / party food style spread for Christmas lunch or boxing day - but some constraints (annoyingly) apply.

I’ll be 32 weeks pregnant at Christmas, so no pate, smoked fish, nice oozy cheese (yeah yeah some (rubbish) cheeses are pregnancy safe) or booze. Partner doesn’t eat pork so no baked ham, picnic pies, sausage rolls etc.

Ideas please….

Do you like mexican food? How about buying a nice piece of beef brisket or short ribs, slow cooking it and doing proper birria tacos with all the trimmings?

Otherwise, picky food that feels special:
Individual salmon encroute
Warm Halloumi salad
Steak baguettes
Homemade Dips and chips
Homemade focaccia

Pesto & cheese whirls (sheet of puff pastry spread with pesto and grated cheese, rolled up like a Swiss roll, sliced thinly & baked). Salami & smoked cheese cubes on sticks, mini cheese scones, mini pizzas, grapes & cheddar on sticks. Mini sandwiches/rolls spread with tuna mayo/egg mayo. Home made sausage rolls.

Just realised that you said no to pork products. You could make sausage rolls with veggie sausages instead.

Make your own sausage rolls with bought puff pastry sheets and chicken or beef sausage. They always taste loads better warm from the oven and you could do a few of each flavour sausage and please everyone.

Is it just for yourselves or a large group?

You could do a Greek meze style spread, with things like tzatziki, humous, roasted aubergine, grilled artichokes, stuffed tomatoes or peppers (use a mince bolognaise type stuffing if making yourself), savoury pastries with lamb or tomatoes etc etc.
They are all readily available in supermarkets, so no need to cook yourself.

Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sausage rolls
Halloumi fries
Caprese skewers
Roast beef Yorkies
Chilli and garlic prawn skewers
