Crocheted Stockings, how would you fill them?

I'm in the process of crocheting some mini Christmas stockings and I thought I might give them to DD to fill for presents for her friends. Was also thinking they might make nice presents for teachers/ sports coaches etc.

Firstly, is this naff?
And if not, and nice ideas on what to fill them with? They're about 15cm tall so room for some little treats.
TIA

This isn’t naff. The fact that they are handmade is what makes them a good gift.

Is your DD old enough to help make them?

Keep it simple just one chocolate bar is perfectly adequate. I am vegan but for me I would opt for a vego bar.

For most people could just pop in a kit-kat, dairy milk or malteasers. If people can’t eat them they can pass them on. The handmade stocking IS the gift. For kids maybe some cute erasers. But I would steer clear of anything that could leak like bubble bath.

Thanks @pinkksugarmouse. Yes DD is 11 and can crochet a little so she'll definitely be helping. Think I'll stick to chocolates then. Thanks.
