Escape room or Real-Life Puzzle/Adventure gift ideas

My teen DCs absolutely love the Exit Games collection, Puzzle boxes and actual (physical) escape rooms; we find they are great for getting the whole family doing something together. So we are looking for more of this sort of thing, either Mystery-solving boxes or real-life adventure trails. Even better if we could get a subscription-based product to entertain the DC for a longer period.

I've found a couple of possible trail-type ones like these:

(We also thought they would make great gifts for family members living in other parts of the country because we could get "local" ones to them).

Does anybody have experience of what they're like or any further ideas along these lines?

Sadly, looks like some of the most elaborate mystery/adventure boxes and subscriptions are only in North America, although they mock me by appearing in my social media feeds.

There’s a Cluedo inspired escape game here and lots on the Happy Puzzle Company website.

We’ve done a few of the treasure trail ones whilst on holidays and I have to say my teens weren’t that keen. It’s just walking around the streets and having to find a plaque or inscription on a building or post box etc. They much preferred the proper escape rooms. I loved them though so as gifts for older people they’d be quite good I imagine.

There are lots of immersive type places in London such as The Crystal Maze experience which is along the same lines.

Don’t know about any subscription box ones though, sorry.
