Games for a 7 year old

Hi, my son will be 7 just after Christmas and I’m looking for some new games. We currently enjoy junior monopoly, labyrinth, top trumps, uno and various orchard games.

Looking at mouse trap and junior cluedo so far.

Any other suggestions please.

Carcasonne is amazing (we have the junior version but my kids LOVE it)

we have junior catan (i think junior is better than adult as it's shorter

Pyramid of pengqueen is good too

This is a lovely little game for 2. A mixture of bluffing, guessing and memory.

My DS is just 8. He loves Jenga and memory chess. Pick up sticks too.

Another vote for pass the pigs and dobble. Frustration and exploding kittens are also good.

My 7yr old loves Ticket to Ride and Carcasonne the best.
He also enjoys Wingspan and Cluedo.
If you aren't sure, go on YouTube, put in the game name, there will be several videos of people playing a game through to give you an idea
