Just that really, I bought the bargain hobby craft Posca Pens but stuck as to what to gift with them? Any ideas?

Hobby Craft sell all sorts of blank things to draw on. I bought the same pen set for teen DDs and bought canvas with a colouring picture, a money box and wood crafts all in Hobby Craft.

I've done the same for my DD(10) and even posted a thread not long ago about what to give with the Posca pens. There was some great ideas. I've gone for black art paper, black pebbles, white ceramic baubles, various size canvases, white mugs and I'm going to get a plain pencil case for her to design and then keep the pens in.

In case it's helpful, this was the thread I started...hope it works!

Hmm...don't think that did work. Sorry!

Does anyone have a link for these bargain pens?

CoffeeChocolateWine · 02/11/2022 11:45

Here's a link to them on the Hobbycraft website, but it doesn't look like they are on offer anymore. They were half price a few weeks back. They may well go back on offer at some point.

They are so expensive but they have very good colour retention, work like paint and brush but give more control (dependent on which size you get), they last ages without risk of drying out like paint, so technically worth the money.

Depending on the age of your dc I’d really recommend them, but any younger than maybe 8/9 I’d avoid them and go with cheaper paint pens. WH Smith occasionally have them on a 3for2 offer and I’ve sometimes seen the 8 packs in they’re clearance section.

Hobbycraft have ceramic baubles that I've wanted to try them on, appropriate for Christmas too!
