Hard to buy for 8 year old daughter gift ideas

My daughter is 8 and she is impossible to buy gifts for. Please help me with some ideas for Christmas gifts!

She is very active and does an out of school hobby 3/4 nights a week and Saturdays, there is nothing she wants/needs for said hobby.

She likes books but has many waiting to be read.

She's not a fan of dolls, tablets/gaming, arts and crafts etc.

I've suggested to her grandparents they get her tickets to theatre/ballet etc and her aunts and uncles always book adventure type days out for her.

She has a backlog of unspent vouchers, she's just not bothered about buying stuff and if I ask her for ideas she'll literally say anything she can think of but it's not stuff she actually wants! The only thing she has mentioned so far for Christmas is a Squishmallow but it would be nice to have a few things for her to open on the day. I don't want want to give her presents unnecessarily but I can't leave her out of the present opening when her sibling will have plenty to open.

So sorry for the long winded way of saying, what on earth can I get her?

Sounds similar to my DD. How about:

Instax mini Polaroid camera
Scentos colouring pens/activity sets
Britney Spears perfume
label making machine
Lego flowers bouquet (then she can keep as a decoration in her room)
BakedIn subscription (Or you could make a package with a nice mug, a book of mug cake recipes and a baked in mug cake kit?)

Thank you I'll look into those!

Squishmallows are collectable so if that's all she's asked for can you get her a fee of them or is it a specific one that she wants? Etsy and Redbubble do loads of things with them!!

Stuff for her room - lava lamp, giant beanbag, grown up desk, colour-changing LED strip lights
Watch or fitbit
Board games like Labyrinth, Throw Throw Burrito, Mouse Trap, Cluedo, Exploding Kittens…
T shirt from Illuminated Apparel

I know you said not arts and crafts but what about some cute stationary bits for doing any homework / school work with

Do any of her hobbies/ sports clubs have a team hoodie she may want?

Popcorn maker / candyfloss maker / slushy maker / chocolate fountain

Would also second a board game type gift or one of those logic puzzle type things like rush hour

Oodies are very popular at the moment. Or cheaper alternative.

Pants socks wooly hat sunhat with favourite character on. Bedding with the same?

My daughter's birthday is v close to Christmas so I end up wrapping stuff she would probably need at some point in the year - not quite a multipack of navy leggings, but some fairly dull stuff!

Her main gift this Christmas is going to be a ticket to see swan lake with me. She loves drama, costumes, and we rarely get time just us . It might be a bit too grown up, but I'm happy to take a chance. I took her to lion the witch and the wardrobe touring version of west end show for Xmas gift last year - it was absolutely fantastic and worth every penny. Might do this sort of thing every year now i think of it .
