Smyths Toy Sale?

Does anyone know or expect a Smyths toy sale this year? I remember hearing they did a discount period in the past. Was it for Black Friday?

They’ve already had a 50% sale last week OP (both in store and online) but tbh there wasn’t much in it (at least not much my DC would be interested in)

There's none in NI, the 20% one has been stopped (DDs work there).

I was thinking the same yesterday and instead used the 20% off birthday club code from the entertainer to buy what was in my basket instead (Gabbys dollhouse). Could you look on the entertainer and if it’s there sign up to their birthday club?

My stepdaughter is working at smyths. She said that they have a few brand specific offers coming up but no store wide sales.

If you have any Lego sets they have a £5 off over £25 sets and £10 off any over £50 sets. It ends November 1st.

In 2019 they had a £10 off a £50 spend IIRC, but they haven't done it recently. Last year there was basically no sale and no discounts.
This year they've had a Lego offer, which I think is still going, so there may be something for black Friday.

I'm surprised they bother with sales, they're about the only specific toy shop around and must do a roaring trade at Christmas. It's always heaving in our local one even mid week
