Wheeled cabin bag for 7 year old

Please can anyone recommend a wheeled cabin type bag suitable for a 7 year old? Ideally less than £30 but could go to £40 for something that will last. Ideally soft shell for easier access. Would prefer without characters on as would like it to last for a few years.

My child has one and it has a little harness at the front for a teddy. Also has backpack straps, wheels and handle.

We got nice rainbow one from Matalan (online) , nice managable size

One of my kids has a Kipling Storia, which ticks all your boxes. Another has an Eastpak wheelie with a kids’ design on which is also great (big fan of Eastpak in this house!).
