Creative way to give gift cards?

It's basically a main gift, a few different cards with some token things to unwrap. It's for adult DC and I would like to make it slightly more exciting than the usual opening of an envelope

I use Prsnt app, lets you send gift cards digitally and add in a video message.

Sent my Niece a deliveroo voucher and video from the whole clan with funny filter, she absolutely loved it and you send it via text. Worth a look, hope that helps :)

Some sort of puzzle box that you have to work out how to open to get to the gift card?

I appreciate this isn't what you're asking, but given the current state of the economy would it be better to give physical cash rather than a gift card? Money won't go put of date and if it's misplaced for a decade, £20 will still be £20?!

However to answer your actual question, two things I've seen on Pinterest....

Large jar with smaller jar inside, fill up the space between the 2 with M&M's, Skittles or similar, then put the gift in the smaller inner jar.

Alternative, tiny box with gift in, then get successively larger lidded cardboard boxes and sellotape/glue favourite choc bars round the edges, cut down the edges of all but the smallest box.

So you hand a large box and when the lid is opened the edges fall outwards because they have chocolate bars attached to them. This leaves another box standing in the middle of the spread open box....repeat.
