A good pen and pencil set

My DS is almost 5 and he loves drawing and colouring. We have a set of felt tips but they are all getting a bit old. His favourite thing to do by far is get the box of pens and draw but he does get frustrated with pens that don't work and missing lids.

He's quite particular and loves order 🤣🤣 so I thought he'd like his own big pen case he doesn't have to share with his siblings that he can take proper care of.

There are so many on Amazon, I don't know what's good. For it to be with it they need to be good quality washable pens and pencils.

Any recommendations?

Maped are nice, and Faber Castell.

ds liked STAEDTLER pens, the normal felt tips and also the fine liners for more detail or outlining. They are good pens and last a little bit longer that your usual felt tip but are a bit expensive too, 5 might be a bit young yet to appreciate them.

We usually picked them up when on special offer in the supermarket. Their colouring pencils are good too.

Thanks, great ideas. He's incredibly careful with his pens so I think he'd be fine with them.
