🎅🏼What is the most random thing you have gave/received in a stocking (light hearted)

Iv always kept to what I considered very generic things in my kids stockings (bath bombs, fluffy socks, Xmas chocolate, little game etc) and Iv got new ideas from here and from friends over the years.

But some of the things Iv read on here that goes in a stocking baffle me and I just laugh as it would never cross my mind to put it in a stocking🎅🏼

So what has everyone received or gave in a stocking that made you think ‘why’ or just gave you a laugh…

This is supposed to be light hearted! Ho ho ho 🎄

Oh wierdest was probable the year with the giant pencil sharpener for carrots.

We saw those in Flying Tiger. DD was fascinated. I might have to go back and get it for her.

A lemon reamer when I was about 16. I don't know what my mum was thinking - clearly had reached peak Santa and wanted the whole thing to sod off.

Funnily enough I still have it 34 years later, so also not actually useless.

Lump of cheese

It isn’t that random, I can see the history of it, but a satsuma, the only orange I am eating over Christmas is Terry’s!

Some of these are really funny.

I think the normal household foods are ones that baffle me… as it’s stuff I have in the house anyway so wouldn’t buy it as it’s normal food stuff 😂

Wasabi peas, gherkins and pickled onions have all been happily received.
On the Xmas list this year is 'trick present' so again more of the above!
