Ridiculous present requests

DS has decided in what to ask for Christmas from Santa. It's the king/queen's crown. Replica is fine, but needs to be real gold and stones, not a toy. He says Santa is the richest person on earth,so should be fine. I gave checked google for a valuation and it seems to 3-5 billion. Not sure if that was pounds or dollars, but either way is a little out of price range. Reminders that Santa brings all children a present of reasonable value to bring them joy seem to be going over his head, so looking forward to a disappointing Christmas.

Make me feel better. What outlandish present requests have you had?

My 3.5 year old wants a rock, a tiny guitar (we have the bargain £6.40 ukelele from amazon), a little car (he already has like a million and plays with them daily) and a baby brother (he is most impressed with his baby sister who arrived a week after his birthday this year). I explained we have no room for another baby, but he assures me that the baby will live in my tummy so there is room...

@Blessedbethefruitz you can't fault his logic on that one!

At 3 my Gdd1 asked for a real baby, boy or girl, she wasn’t bothered.

Dd asked for a boy doll with a Willy.
I bought one after checking with the shop assistant it did in fact have anatomically correct appendages. Got it home, took it out the box and it was NOT endowed with anything. I made dh take it back to a packed shop and when they asked why he was returning it opened he said 'my wife checked and it doesn't have a willy' with no further explanation. I don't go to that shop anymore.

@thaegumathteth that made me laugh! I would love to have seen the shop assistant's face. I had a boy doll as a child that did the drink from a bottle and wee thing. It was endless fun, so you totally did the right thing returning it.
