Best curling iron for 11yo

11yo would like a curling iron. Anyone recommend a not to crazily priced one please. Bonus points if it a straightener too.

Isn't 11 a bit young to be receiving a red hot poker for Xmas?

What about something like the Wylera or Silkwave curlers? They suck the hair in and the heating element looks like it's hidden away. I've not tried one but seen good reviews.

Not sure a standard curling iron would be a good idea for an 11 year old, it's very easy to give yourself nasty burns with them.
