Gifts for a 2 year old who has everything?

I was hoping people could help with some ideas for my dd. She's turning 2 in October and I can't think of anything to get for her birthday or Christmas. We have a 4yo as well so we have pretty much everything for her age group anyway but obviously still want to give her some presents. Anyone got any unique or unusual gift ideas for this age please?

We have the Melissa and Doug ice cream cart they have had hours of fun with it. I second this.
