If anyone else is looking for Lucy and Yak, they have some end-of-season bargains on their website.

Among other things they have dungaree shorts for £18 and light denim dungarees for £25, if you happen to want one of the sizes they have left .

Free UK postage over £45 and free returns. Last winter I saw local ‘young people’ wearing dungaree shorts over tights or leggings, but I wouldn’t risk buying them for a present for anyone but me.

Also worth checking their eBay outlet as stuff is usually over 50% off.

Those who have bought eBay turtle doves gloves - are you planning to gift these for Xmas? I've just ordered two but If they are obviously faulty I wouldn't feel right giving them as gifts. I'll see what they're like when they arrive I suppose

I am. I can't see a fault on mine except they may be a bit small but as my mum has tiny hands that's good!
They have a sharpie mark through the label but that doesn't matter to me as my mum wouldn't mind at all. If they had a small fault then I still would have given them- again my mum would be quite happy with them anyway.

Mine had a sharpie scribble through the label. No good for giving as gifts.

I contacted them as I'd seen pictures of ones without and they said all labels will be marked with a black dot. Mine was a full on scribble through. They sent replacements. Great customer service

I guess it depends on who your giving them too. Mine were scribbled through but my mum won't mind that if she even notices

Can I ask...Did anyone have bits missing from their Thrift order? If so, did you receive the items once you'd raised this with them, or did you just get a refund?

Looking at the font, and the emails they send me, it appears that Yankee Bundles now trades as Discount Dragon.

I've always been very impressed with them, as Yankee Bundles, but haven't ordered with them under their new name. They have some excellent deals on Yankee candles, as well as Nespresso type pods.

Any other dungaree fans, turtle doves clothing (not the gloves people, yes it is confusing) are good. They also have lovely kids stuff and there's an option for matching sets if you're that way inclined. Turtle doves clothing NOT GLOVES
