I got a big box of second hand toot toot driver track and cars. She absolutely loves cars.

Oh and she’s getting a balance bike for her birthday in a couple of weeks.

DS was 2 last year and we got him a kitchen, which he's used every day since

Toniesbox (message me if you'd like a discount code), duplo, loads of books and I'm 24 days of crafts so all the stuff that goes with that. Not technically a present to unwrap but she's 2, hopefully she won't care!

Mine will be coming up to 22 months at Christmas. She likes dolls so 2 dolls, a dolls' cot, a dolls' high chair and a balance bike. I've also bought her a My Little Pony to put in her stocking (needed something small and we already have Duplo coming out of our ears) and her main present is a balance bike. Stocking tends to be practical bits like toiletries with a few treats. She also has a Hey Duggee advent calendar (books, was £7 on Amazon last night) - she loves Hey Duggee. I feel this is all a bit extravagant but owing to her having a big brother who is 6, I need to make a comparable fuss of her (he's also getting a bike). If you can get away with getting less than do and save your money for when they're older and want fancy things like big Lego sets and a Nintendo Switch. 😂

Mine was 2 in July.

We’ve got her the IKEA easel with a big roll of paper and pens/ chalks.

A doctors play set from the middle aisle - either Aldi or lidl, can’t remember. She loves making her bunny ‘all better’. Giving her some real plasters and bandages with it too.

She also said she wanted ‘wings like a butterfly’ so we got her one of those little dressing up wings and tutu things.

I’ll do a few books plus a stocking with stickers and bubbles etc, but that will pretty much be it as she has so much stuff already and will also get lots from family. We’re short of space as it is.

For her second birthday we got her a toy garage (Facebook marketplace) which came with a few cars, plus her dad passed on his collection of toy cars too. We also bought her a really lovely ice cream shop set from great little trading company - that was the real winner and is still played with pretty much every day.

I was tempted by either magnatiles or a yoto/
tonies player but honestly feel like she has enough right now - but I know they’re quite a big hit with other 2 year olds.

Mines a bit under two but getting a rocking horse, wackadoo watch, pik and pop, several plushies of favorite characters and doll stuff.

My little girl turned 2 in October too! I second a previous poster about the Melissa and Doug ice cream stand - she loves it! We've gone easy on Christmas because she got a lot for her birthday (mainly from grandparents 😂) - mainly arty/crafty stuff and a M&D sandwich making kit. She's also getting a (non-branded) wobble board (again from my grandparents) which I'm quite curious about!

My boy will be nearly 3 by Christmas but he's getting a Thomas the Tank Engine train that turns into a little train set, Bower's air ship, a polly pocket icecream, set of 4 constuction vehicles, and a little backpack with a soft toy dinosaur which you can put in a little baby carrier slot on the backpack 😅

DD recently turned 2. She has an older sibling so already has a scooter (which was DC1's second birthday present) and play kitchen which are both big hits and I recommend if you don't have those. For her second birthday she got a Yoto player (original) which she loves - we prefer it to the Toniebox. I have a referral link/code for a discount if you want one. She also loves books so we're getting a couple of those, plus is obsessed with the Gruffalo so a Gruffalo/mouse figure set. DD also loves colouring, stamps and stickers so if your 2yo is similar those could go down well.

On my wish list for family (in case they ask for ideas) I've got the Melissa & Doug latches board or barn, and the Duplo train set (we already have lots of Duplo which she likes).

PS I do also have a balance bike in the loft but I think she might still be a bit young for it so I'm waiting until the spring before getting it down. DC1 got it for Christmas a few months before his third birthday and loved it.
