Best Straighteners 12 year old

I've used mine on dd just cheap Revlin ones. Had GHD's years back. Are Cloud 9 really the best?

Do others not keep your hair straight all day? We both have wavy hair so I thought it was just our hair type and it would go frizzy /fly away no matter what the brand.

Plus as she's 12 I'm not sure she would appreciate the value. Maybe it's better to wait 3/4 years? Any other recommendations please?

I have Remington shine therapy on advice of my 16 year old niece who has very long thick wavy hair - they are way cheaper than ghd's but much better in my opinion

Primark have some. Not sure how good they are but might be worth a shot for a first timer user.
