4 & 9 year old boys?

I always start my Christmas shopping around this time of year but feel a bit stumped this year. Has anyone any suggestions for these ages? I'm sure 9 year old will give us some suggestions near the time but they won't be getting a games console/any tech like that as they got a games console last year. Thank you!

My 4 year old so far has got a giant floor puzzle, playmobil schoolbus, a hotwheels track set, robo alive and a mickey mouse lego set.

My parents tend to send money for him, so I'll use that to buy a yoto box, and he'd really like a hot wheels gorilla set or playmobil fire station from the other grandparents.

I'll probably add some activity type books between now and Xmas, and will just get stocking fillers but that's him done pretty much.

Also have a 9 year old with a birthday and Xmas coming up, and also going to be avoiding expensive tech this year! He is currently enjoying learning some tricks - cup stacking (speed stacking) is one and you can buy sets on Amazon, dice stacking is similar, also got my eye on a 'Pindaloo' which is a juggling type thing, or a decent yoyo.
He is also quite keen on a telescope and penknife! He also like the unusual and super sour sweets. The 'easy build' airfix vehicles are a nice alternative to lego and have some cool supercars etc.
And he also like things for his room - mini sets of drawers, pegboard/magnetic board for wall, posters, fairy lights, a snuggle cushion.

Ds 4 has asked for Lightyear toys. He enjoys kinetic sand, play doh, duplo/Lego.
