We have a 2/3 bedroom house. As in, you have to walk through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 is quite small. We are thinking about making the house proper 3 bedroom by stealing from bedroom 2 and bathroom. However, this will result in a very small nursery (just over a 9' wide x 10 long) and small cramped bathroom.
From a property value and resale point of view, what would people prefer?
3 proper bedrooms and small bathroom, or keep the 2/3 arrangement.
We have found that arrangement unpractical as we have an older daughter and a 2 year old. Although eldest has "left" i think that may be temporary, but from a resale point of view it might be better to have three private bedrooms??
Opinions please, as the hammer is likely to come out TOMORROW!
