DD (4.9) now has a cpmputer to call her own and I want to set her up with a very basic e-mail. Say, one where she could only receive emails from a small selection of people (me, DH, cousins, friends at aschool, etc.)

Is there such a thing? I think AOL used to have parent and child accounts, but I haven't touched AOL in years. Though maybe there might be another service around.

Youn can set up a Hello Kitty ( or similar character) email account which I think has certain control limits.

My little sister has one of these accounts.

She is 9 now but I just asked her how long she's had the account for and she says since she was 6

She's obv older now but if I had the choice with a young child I would probably go for one of these:

www.ezpzemail.com/

A friend's child has Thomas the Tank Engine email address

I can't remember where she signed up for it but will email her to ask

GloriaInEleusis · 26/12/2007 11:09

Thanks, but I've signed up for ezpzemail now. So, don't worry about the Thomas domain.

Thanks again for your help.
