Due to my spectular expertise in the kitchen, a new speedy way to cook a turkey in half the time!

Mine is ready! Was supposed to take 2.20mins, ready in another 40 mins. It is out now, cooked as dry as a pork scratching, well done, cajun beautifully browned. How do I do it? Simple. Put the grill on at the same time as the oven. Fuck.

is it cooked all the way through?
raw turkey is not a nice thing.

Well I'm the heart of lazy I bought a cooked goose!!!! And worse again all my veg was ready prepared... and I bought a vat of ketchup or nobody will eat it!

yup, pop up timer popped up, no blood or even really juices to be seen.

eeeek. Hope it tastes ok and doesn't deflate when you stick a knife in it.

I cook mine upside down, and it takes about half the time as the conventional method. I'm putting mine in the oven in about half an hour for a 5pm sitting. It's a big bird - 7kg (gosh, just thinking this is double the weight of any of my children when they were born!)

my turkey's done, and dd has just announced she doesnt like turkey!

mine should be ready in half an hour poked it with a skewer and its bright red never happened to me before in more than 25 years of doing it..but on the bright side my dd2 and her dp andf ds and dgs have been notifying me at intervals of their non arrival/expevcted eta is going to be twent y mins for the last two hours and we will be opeining the prezzies before lunch..or will we not sure now

dgs first words this am were fc dodnt bring me dominoes..he is three.. or all peppa pigs things only a car! kids these days i dunno

any way io sorted the doms thing by texting dd to look in her (her dads ) sideboard and she got out the dominoes from when they were wee so now dgs is happy..he has 20 year old dominoes lol

mine is eaten. told dh that I now need a lie down to digest.

it actually was edible. Will do very nicely in my turkey and ham pie!
