Same here, desperate to go to bed but I have footprints to do and minc pies/carrots to eat

ChippolataMinton · 24/12/2007 22:06

I've done mine
Santa's been, the DC wanted stockings in their rooms this year. DS1 may have been feigning sleep, but he's sensible enough to feign belief in Santa too, when it matters

BadKittenInAPearTree · 24/12/2007 22:06

pity us - we have hay to eat

Hulababy · 24/12/2007 22:08

Santa has been here

ChippolataMinton · 24/12/2007 22:09

at hay. stale mince pie and a bottle of beer here.

VictorianSqualor · 24/12/2007 22:10

lol chippolata.
DS is three next week so this is the first year he has really 'got' the santa thing.
We tracked santa, saw he was closer to the UK and ran upstairs to get into bed quickly before he came.
DP was sure hewasnt going to sleep he is soooooooooo over excited. I think DD is unsre of whether it's real or not but she definitely went along with it.

Cappuccino · 24/12/2007 22:11

I was still tracking Santa after the dds were in bed

I think a part of me thinks there is an actual journey

VictorianSqualor · 24/12/2007 22:18

He is in Slovakia atm.

BadKittenInAPearTree · 24/12/2007 22:19

I'm just glad dd didnt make us go hunting for lichen Chippolata! I hope Santa enjoys his beer

you've just reminded me to get santa to eat the mince pie and drink the milk

phew thanks

VictorianSqualor · 24/12/2007 23:30

Ooooooooh, he was there a little while ago.
When is he coming to England FFs? My stockings/santa sacks, waddjimijigs the DC's made earlier are full and waiting to go on the beds!

VictorianSqualor · 24/12/2007 23:31

milk?
Poor santa, Hope he comes to yours before mine, don't reckon milk would sit well after a carlsberg.

youdontevenknowme · 24/12/2007 23:33

He's been to our house - must have followed the porridge oats and glitter magic dust.

youdontevenknowme · 24/12/2007 23:34

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!! DD2 has just woke up so better run.

WhenScoobyGotStuckUpTheChimney · 24/12/2007 23:34

Santa has been here too, footprints are done, carrot been chewed & mince pies & milk gone with crumbs left, just praying dd does not wake up & behvaes herself tonight she is only 23 months so i don't want to put stockings in there room or she may wake & start shouting "muuuummy"
