what preparation can i do now with all this veg?

Roast potatoes
Califlower cheese
Honeyed carrpts and Parsnips

Is there any prep i can do now???

All of it!
Peel potatoes & parsnips and put in a pan of cold water.
Make the cauliflower cheese and refridgerate Tomorrow just sprinkle cheese on and heat throught in the oven and peel the carrotts and put in cold water or a sandwick bag in the fridge. No prep tommorrow!!!! Merry Xmas

can you peel your sprouts and potatoes tonight? will they be ok in just water overnight or go brown and nasty?

As long as the pots are covered in water they wont go brown. Put sprouts in plastic bag in fridge after peeling. Speaking of which I REALLY should be doing my veg, not staring at a computer screen!!!! Oh just 5 more mins
