Don't put themin water, chopthem then putthem in freezer bags in the fridge.

I'd leave the pots till the day to be honest

i do the veg the night before, the carrots and parsnips go in water, i don't think the sprouts do. the spuds i am going to parboil and then lob in the fridge, not sure about freezing?

Its fine although carrots and sprouts don't need the water. Just put them in a sealed bag in the fridge. Most restaurants pre prepare veg a few days before.

Thanks. Will they be okay in a bowl covered with clingfilm?
