I think we probably have spoiled DS (in my book) but it's the first Christmas he's going to really notice (16 months) and he's so good he deserves it. Anyhow last year we didn't buy much because we presumed he'd get lots of toys from other people, and guess what? He didn't! He got clothes galore and hardly any toys . Can't have that happening again.

He has:
Toddler table and chairs set
Remote control Noddy car
New book

And a stocking containing:
Farm animals
Winnie the Pooh bath toys
Another book

Oh and lots of kisses and cuddles.

I dunno, have we? I've had to stop myself buying other things, I can tell you!

Aww, we got that FP shape sorter last Christmas for DS. He loved it and he still plays with it from time to time. Strangely though he's never got beyond chucking things in the top. I don't think he sees the point of making it more difficult for himself.

soapbox · 22/12/2007 23:39

It is almost certainly the last year that my DCs will believe in FC - so we've gone a bit wilder than usual - at least that is this year's excuse
