Oh, I thought this was Tips. I can't even wrap a box without making a pigs ear of it. And I have lost the sellotape. And DS was last seen using the roll of paper as an alpenstock.

don't wrap the stockings Franny. It will save you loads of time .

I have to wait till the kids have gone to bed to start wrapping their stuff grr so I have a valid reason for delaying starting to wrap for at least another hour or so...

gawd, wrapping is dull.

MamaG · 22/12/2007 19:14

All done.... except the stocking presents, as you know

EffiePerine · 22/12/2007 19:18

Am not wrapping DS's presents as he is 14 mo and no bothered about wrappings. So there's only DH's to do (not seeing family till New Year. Still need to find the blardy sellotape though (after clearing up the hell that is a toddler let loose)

oh no Franny's gone to wrap. And all I've done is make piles of presents and am now sitting and staring at them wondering if the wrapping fairy might visit tonight.

AnnaKeyrules · 22/12/2007 21:22

well I'm enjoying a glass of wine (having spent all afternoon wrapping presents with the 'help' of a 4 year old who is giddy with excitement about Christmas and her birthday on Tuesday)

as you can imagine the bottom of the christmas tree looks like an explosion in a sellotape factory

FrannyandZooey · 22/12/2007 21:47

Dunnit

well finished for tonight anyway

have sorted everyone's presents into piles (this took ruddy ages) and have done all dp's and his stocking. You HAVE to wrap the stocking presents. Otherwise they might just tip the whole lot out and all that work! all over the bed! in seconds!
