Ordered a baby walker for DS' Xmas on the 14th of October. GLTC said it would be available for dispatch on 12th Nov.
They the changed dispatch date to 12th Dec. I phoned to make sure it would definitely be here in time for Xmas which they promised.
Got an email on the 12th Dec saying it had been dispatched. Still hadn't arrived today so I phoned them again.
Apparently the email was a mistake and it hasn't been dispatched at all and won't be until January!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guess I'm braving the shops tomorrow .
