Thought it might be useful for ideas for gifts for those of us who like to get organised early!

Mine were:
Partners in wine cup -it's marketed as an insulatedwine cooler cup but also acts as a thermos for hot drinks. My nieces loved them and used them for mulled wine on our Christmas night walk and coffee for our boxing day hike.

Nail wraps from Lily and Fox - bought these for a few friends and relatives and they all loved them.

Fur-lined crocs for DH - he hasn't taken them off since he unwrapped them (They do them in toddler and kid sizes too!)

Anyone else had surprise wins?

A £4 squish ball from the works. It was played with by everyone from my 10 year old DS, through to my young adult DN's upto my DF. At one point I thought I was in the Friends episode where they can't drop the ball

My dad LOVED the butterfly house and butterfly attracting plant seeds.

The biggest hit of all the presents in their stockings were air fresheners for their cars - with a different picture of our dog in each side. They went absolutely mad for them!
DDs surprise hits were the tarot cards - she’d mentioned it once ages ago and didn’t think I’d remember and her hooded blanket - it was a bit of a last minute decision and she wears it all the time
DS actually wrote me a list so most of his presents were from them - I think the beer selection box complete with snacks and a glass was a big surprise success tho
My surprise hits were a beautiful canvas print of our dog and also a pair of fluffy pyjamas - my DS hawks remember that I said in always cold in the mornings

A make your own chilli sauces from around the world kit from The Spicery. Only cost £15 but OH was thrilled, he spent ages looking at the gift pack and reading about how you make them.

My 70 something dad is also really happy with his Alexa. He’s not into technology but the fact it can play whatever song he requests is keeping him very entertained.

Oh am going to look at Bluetooth eye masks!

Lego technic for my dad (he just discovered Lego) and a musical Christmas jumper for my daughter. I am sick of it so she presses it all the time and cackles. Grin she's happy...

Not a gift but our crackers this year were Cluedo ones. Each cracker had different parts to the game and then extra stuff in the box. Board games are a big hit in my house but they've never asked for clubs as they thought it would be too easy. Well, we started it at the end of dinner on Christmas day and they can't get enough of it! They've not just asked if we can buy the actual game but they've asked for themed versions too!

Dd & I got a Primark snuddie each, they are so warm we love them and bonus do need heating on as often. DS got the next version it’s huge and he loves it.
Paperscapes Chanel book, dd isn’t a book fan but she loved this and it’s a work of art.
