I went to my dd's carol service today

was my first ever one havwent been able to go before as dh was always ill and needing 24hour care and siblings arent allowed to attend the service.

it was lovely. and very moving.

not my dd's school but they sang this really really well and it made me4 all teary.

aww- my ds is in yr 6 and they don't do nativity stuff as such anymore - I remember crying at the little donkey one year and it wasn't even ds. I'm glad you go the chance to go Fairytale

Can't wait til my DS is old enough to be in a carol service or nativity. I used to go to my DSS's and sob my way through.
There is something so lovely about children singing at christmas.
