Before tonight i would have said tomorrow evening as DSs and Dh break up and we have a fun weekend planned etc.

But now i've had a bottle of wine and started the Terry's Chocolate Segsations.

Hmmmmmm.

After all - all three have "soft" days tomorrow.

Could tonight be the night???

MD - your dh has been away 6 weeks, what are you doing on here go and give him a proper welcome

somersetmum · 20/12/2007 21:22

I was just about to start the same thread.
I finished work today, dh finished last week, so we are having a little drinkie and have scoffed a tube of Pringles. I've just opened the choccies too as needed something sweet Kids finish tomorrow

moondog · 20/12/2007 21:24

Love,he is playing Snap with ds.
An enthusiastic welcome home would therefore be somewhat inappropriate.

He is away so much and has been for so long that life carries on as normal regardless.

Ledodgy · 20/12/2007 21:25

This year it will be Christmas Eve normally it would be tommorrow or when dd finishes school but this year the bathroom is still getting done hopefully to be finished by Saturday. Sunday will be spent tidying and cleaning the whole house ready for Christmas and also in anticipation for my homebirth. I'm hoping by Christmas Eve I can relax and start to feel festive either that or i'll go straight into labour once I'm stress free!

LoveMyGirls · 20/12/2007 21:26

MD - thats fair enough then, quality time with his son is deffo more important. Don't know how you cope with the going away thing, my dp is out tonigth for his works do and i'm putting off going to bed on my own even though i know I need to go up soon because i have to be up early.

Ledodgy · 20/12/2007 21:26
