Gammon in coke - how long in fridge?

I have a gammon to do à la Nigella. How many days would you say it would last in the fridge after cooking? It’s my first time and I have never cooked it before.

I'm cooking mine as we speak- to eat on Boxing Day. Use by date is jan 4th even without cooking, so it'll be fine

I've done mine as early as the 21st. It'll last 10 days min

I would say a week after its been cooked, tends to dry out after s while.
I have also frozen it as well to use in other things after a few days rather than waste it.

I slow cook a gammon on Boxing Day.

We are still eating it out if the fridge in some form or other at new year!
