Books for DH

Me and DH are doing the 'want/need/wear/read' and I do tend to get him a good reference book each year.

Just wondered if anyone else is doing this and what books you're buying for your DH/DP??

I bought my DH the new Dave Grohl autobiography which should go down very well.

Books very much depend what his interest are

I’ve got the Dave Grohl book for my DH too and also the Richard Osman book…can’t remember what it’s called but he really enjoyed the Thursday Murder Club and it’s the sequel to that.

Mine is very into sport. Books that have gone down well previously are Shoe Dog and Peter Crouch’s books

I got him the Accidentally Wes Anderson book last year which he loved.

DH is getting the Dave Grohl book and the Bob Mortimer book. I bought that Wes Anderson for my niece last year (big fan - went down well!).

Waterstones have been sending me daily emails of various gift books - might be worth popping in and see what might interest him? Perhaps a beautiful photography book?

I’ve bought Josh Widdicombe for my OH which looks good if your OH is a 90s child!

I got my husband The Hidden Life of Trees and Prisoners of Geography: Ten Maps That Tell You Everything You Need to Know About Global Politics. He mainly reads non fiction and I hope he’ll like these - though he is fussy!
