Like me! Addressed a card to one of DHs old mates (who we very rarely) see & got his wifes name wrong - OOps .
Just got a card back of them & realised the mistake!
Question : Do I resend a card with the right name or leave it ??

I would leave it
but then I haven't sent any

resend and pretend you have 2 sets of mates with different names (ie don't mention the other one)

my brother keeps spelling my surname wrong. Drives me nuts!

I sent mine all early and second class, then realised that second class isn't just slower (and cheaper obviously) but only suitable for certain size cards, so some of the larger ones will cost people to receive .

I called someone's brand new baby the wrong name last year - texted to apologise as soon as I realised! luckily they thought it was funny

How do other people know this stuff?

Thats what I don't understand how I fgot it wrong as I went off the address details that I had written down - I got the kids names right, just not the wife ! In my defence, I have only met her once
