Vegetarian gluten-free Christmas lunch

Does anyone have any recommendations for meat-free, gluten-free suggestions for Christmas dinner? Either shop-bought or easy recipes?

I can do one or the other, but not both!

As a veggie I have zero wish for a nut roast or anything else really.

I went my whole life without a turkey substitution and tonnes of good veggies are all I need, it's a 'main' in itself and just hope no one ever panics and puts themself out for me when it's not needed.

For me, as a gluten free vegetarian, the best turkey alternative I've had was griddled halloumi served with cranberry sauce and all the roast trimmings.

That's a nice idea. I could see that working with sprouts, which are one of my must haves on the Christmas dinner table. No gravy, I assume?
