Quick - anyone got Nigella's turkey brining recipe to hand (from Feast iirc)?

Am not at home atm, so don't have it with me, but want to get ingredients this afternoon to cook a turkey tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what I need?

I know that there are oranges, salt and a cinammon stick required, but can't think what else.

Thanks

Whilst I've got your attention, anyone suggest how big a turkey I'll need for 10 adults and 10 toddlers?

karen999 · 19/12/2007 13:07

I think if the turkey has to eat ten adults and ten toddlers then it will have to be pretty big!!

CantSleighWontSleigh · 19/12/2007 13:09

Well I'm rather hoping that the turkey won't actually eat the toddlers karen .
