Any ideas what this toy may be ?

My son has seen an advert for some sort of toy that you put in water and it goes squishy changes colour and comes alive . Apparently lots of different options one of which is a starfish . He is 5 so I can’t get much more out of him . Any ideas of what this may be ?

I think you can get them in quality save. Comes alive is a bit if an exaggeration though

Maybe not actually cause they don't change colours . So may be wrong
