Pens for 10 year old girl

I saw on here special pens recommended as a Christmas present. They sounded great but I can't remember the name now. They could draw on all sorts of things - rocks etc. Not sharpies! Can anyone help?

Depending on what it's for there are different sizes. If she wants to do little details on fimo objects for example the 1mm pens are good. 3mm are a good all round size and 5mm are good for colouring in.
