With Dh and Dd, 3.5 by the tree, comfy cushions and throws and a Christmas film, Dd very excited.
What to eat?

Sounds lovely 🤩 Christmas buffet so party section picky bits!

mini sausage rolls & mince pies - turkey or chicken sandwiches with cranberry sauce & tangerines & chocolate & pringles!

I thought maybe crisps & dips, mini sausage rolls/pork pies (for Dh 😅) cheese & crackers, chocolates, Christmas cupcakes, ham barm cakes, not sure what else 🤔

Sandwiches cut in the shape of gingerbread men
Red, white and green skewers (tomatoes, basil and cheese)

A big picnic rug if you're having dips. Cheese straws and carrot sticks.

Sounds wonderful! We used to have a camp out in front of the fireplace when kids were small. Great memories!

Yes, we had our sleeping bags and pillows and camped out there by the fireplace and Christmas tree. Not on Christmas Eve, though! 😂

Buttered crumpets with cheese, something sweet, hot chocolates with marshmallows and whipped cream. Something simple but comfort food with minimal prep.

I think a lot of the supermarkets are doing Christmas novelty crumpets. They would be good. If you aren’t too worried about the nutrition Asda have Christmas tree chicken nuggets.
