Blasted bloody Claire’s Accessories! 🤬

I recently ordered a ‘cool blue’ set of sparkly lip glosses as an extra for Gdd, who’d specifically asked for sparkly blue lipstick.

They sent the wrong set - pink and yellow. I couldn’t be bothered with returning etc., and they’re not in the local shop, so I re ordered - and paid again.

They’ve sent the bloody wrong set again! WTF is the matter with them - are their pickers all colour blind, or they just CBA to look properly?

Perhaps run out of the blue and hoping people CBA to return. I'd return it try somewhere else - Style & Beauty topic might be able to source an alternative.

I’ve given upon Claire’s after two wrong orders and earrings that came all bent. I didn’t like to complain the last time because I didn’t want them to think I was after freebies. I just don’t buy from their anymore.

I teach 15 year olds and they’re all obsessed with it!

It’s expensive, but probably cheaper than repeatedly buying stuff from Claire’s when they not even sending the right colour!

I hope this helps (I’ve only included brands/products I’ve used before and know are reasonably good- although be careful with some of the Amazon sellers, some sell fake/expired makeup, all the ones I’ve suggested have good reviews so hopefully they’ll be ok!)

I’ve given up ordering online from Claire’s. The last 3 orders they’ve told me stuff is out of stock after taking my money. Why on earth is their website so useless that it doesn’t know what’s in stock when I place the order.

Same has happened with me recently. They said they couldn’t send the correct item out but to be fair they did refund the cost of it.

Since Claire’s have your email, why on earth they can’t tell you something’s out of stock, I don’t know.

The 2nd time I ordered it was still coming up as in stock on the website, and on the order acknowledgement they sent.

Grrrr! Useless tossers.
