Help! I’ve never had to do this before, but need to buy 2 secret santa gifts for an 18m boy and girl. What do your 18 month olds LOVE? Budget is £10 per child.

Thanks!

Depends if you like the parents or not.....drums are very popular with the little ones. The parents, not so much...... Grin

Books would be my go-to at that age

Bath toys are always popular and need frequently replaced!

My 18 month old loves babies. Argos have plenty of baby dolls for £10 or so, there is even a set of twins in the clearance for £9.50, if the kids are B/G twins that might be cute (Chad Valley Babies to Love Newborn Twins)

Other suggestions:
Bubble machine and liquid
Wooden food e.g. toaster, tea set, cake stand, cake, pizza
Soft skittles
2 - 4 piece jigsaws
Playdoh!

Bubble machine, they just love bubbles at that age, or something similar for the bath. Any bath toys will be well received. Maybe a book to go in with the gift.

Baby doll for the girl maybe (soft bodied ones)
Bloopies mermaid doll (for in the bath)
First jigsaws - Gruffalo one is only £5

Crayola colour wonder (mess free colouring in) they are about £5-6

My daughter got this tea set around that age in a secret Santa. She played with it for years and years.
