@newroundhere I’d go with a food delivery voucher too. What’s in your local area (if you’re basically all based in the same wide area e.g. close to a city)? Any indie businesses doing hampers/takeaway etc?

But that sort of thing? There are quite a few indie food places by us that do delivery or interesting stuff as gifts, and that supports local business.

Or you just use a coat hanger shaped into a circle and keep intertwining foliage into it, weaving the next lot in and overlapping with the last iyswim. If you layer enough, it looks very effective.
