Want to make a present for Christmas - can't think what to do

My sister is long term sick and in hospital. She has asked that family don't buy her presents because she can't afford to buy any back.
I'm not bothered about getting a present for myself or my children (its not like they'll be going short!) but I do want to get her something.
I don't want to get her a proper present - she'll feel awkward and probably then go out and buy me something.
I had an idea about getting my kids to help me make something for her. I know she'd appreciate the effort.
Does anyone have any ideas for something which would be easy for 2 x four year olds to make that would make a nice present.

How about collecting lots of pics of her and the family and make them into a scrapbook album? The Works bookshop sell the scrapbooks quite cheaply and also the stickers embelishments etc. I think the kids might enjoy sticking the pics in and decorating it?

If she is able to eat and enjoy it how about something very simple and home made such as rice krispie cakes (or fudge if you are more advanced than me in the kitchen!) If the children are allowed to visit they could eat some with their auntie.

Nice ideas, but can't do food presents.
