Is it too late to make Christmas puds?

I missed stir-up Sunday.

If I make traditional xmas puds now, will they be ready in time or is 2 ish weeks just not long enough for them to mature?!

I have all the ingredients good to go!

I hope not because I have to make mine at the weekend! Last year I made it at very last minute and it was lovely still - mind you I sloshed on loads of brandy to set light to it so that helped…

Oh phew I'm glad it's not just me that has left it late.

I also intend to slosh it with brandy and then top up with brandy cream 😍

My 'late' Christmas pud was delicious.....and the recipe made 4 puds so plenty to mature in the back of the cupboard for next Christmas 😍
