Nibbles, nice but cheap and easy, some homemade and some-ready made; nothing too fiddly.

Ideas???????????????????????
Thanks.

King prawns, dip in sweet chilli sauce, wrap in ribbons of cucumber (use a potato peeler).

Fry some star shaped bread then top with whatever you fancy e.g. tomato & mozzarella, or a piece of parma ham, or smoked salmon and lemon creme fraiche.

Whole soft cheese basked in the oven served with strips of pitta bread toasted in the oven with a drizzle of olive oil, garlic and rosemary.

Breadsticks with parma ham wrapped around the top.

mini crackers and cheese with a dollop of chutney.

I'm getting carried away now...

Slices of fruit (not the messy sort! berries, apple, orange segments etc) served with a bowl of warm chocolate sauce to dip in

YUM.

Am thinking of:
brie on mini crackers (or maybe puff pastry in oven?) topped with cranberry sauce (bought 2 jars by mistake)

Bufallo chicken wings with dip

selection of sausages with sauteed onions, mustard and rolls to make mini sarnies

potato salad

cheese board

green salad

possibly a hot artichoke or spinach & cheese dip with bread

possibly meatballs in my slow cooker??? or is this too 1970's?

Weegle,
Can I use frozen (defrosted) prawns or must they be fresh?
