20 pound secret santa work gift

I need a 20 pound foft, that will be sent in the post for an extrovert, childless 40 odd year old woman. She's very social and also into mindfulness and wellbeing.
I'm stumped, as my usual go to would be beauty, (too fippery) or booze (to heavy). Would do chocs but She's celiac so not sure what would be suitable.
Help!

If she’s into mindfulness and well-being then maybe a really nice essential oil, or aromatherapy rollerball/bath oil etc? Last year I bought my work secret Santa an aromatherapy mask spray to make mask wearing more pleasant, and a relaxing roll on pulse point oil.

Ooo those sound nice, can I ask where from?

Neal's Yard book or gift certificate? www.nealsyardremedies.com/wellbeing/health-wellbeing/wellbeing-books.list

I'd be wary of buying anything toiletry/perfume related because everyone has different likes with this and it's very hard to get it right for specific people. If vouchers are acceptable, I'd consider a £5 gesture present and a £15 voucher with it.

I think Neals Yard would be great .If shes into mindfulness /well Being or some Yoga beads maybe .Etsy have some lovely Necklaces and Bracelets all prices .

@WayneBruce they are from Rebecca Tracey, she sells on Etsy and via her own website. Lovely, lovely things.

What about a subscription to a magazine? There are quite a few discounts about at the moment and some allow you to do three/ six months rather than the full year.

My aunt is very into mindfulness and well-being and I always buy her a few issues of Breathe/The Simple things/Flow at Christmas which she says she loves.

Take a look at The School Of Life. Loads of wonderful gifts there for people into mindfulness and self reflection

Gluten free chocolate from hotel chocolat (most of their range would be suitable for coeliac). Neom or aromatherapy associates essential oil.
