Christmas presents for a whole primary school

I am a reading volunteer at two local primary schools and would like to give them a Christmas present that all the children can benefit from. For example a book or 2, or a christmas decoration that they can bring out each year. Any great ideas out there? The children are aged 6-11.

Book token for the library

A new Christmas tree. Every primary school Christmas tree I have ever seen is in a dire state.

Primary teacher here - yes, 200 glue sticks! Made me smile, they're like gold dust.

But seriously, a donation of books for the library is probably the most practical. Someone at our school has recently decided we need plants everywhere so there are potted plants popping up all over the place like some sort of flash jungle and sometimes getting knocked over by over-exuberant passing children...

Massive pack of glue sticks, classroom pack of pencils, erasers would all be hugely appreciated. A book for each classroom would too but less so than practical supplies.
Appreciated way more than a decoration.

I had a little heart flutter there and thought you wanted to buy every child a present. Shock

The Works do some nice book collections so maybe one of them.
